"In Vitro Digital Imaging – An Applications Overview"

In Vitro Imaging – An Applications Overview

Abstract:
Digital imaging is becoming the standard method for the documentation of a wide variety of in vitro assays. The use of a digital platform allows for a high level of process automation, offers high image sensitivity and resolution, and the ability to accurately and easily quantify the data within the images. This webinar will review Carestream’s Image Station line and will highlight a variety of applications (i.e., single and multi-wavelength fluorescence, luminescence, colorimetric, and radioisotopic assays) that can be performed.

Who should attend
Researchers interested in:
• Basic DNA/RNA Gel Documentation (ie, PCR, cloning)
• Quantitative immunoblotting
• Single and multi-wavelength fluorescence immunoblotting
• Chemiluminescent detection (ie, western blot, dot blots)
• Ex Vivo fluorescence applications (organ, tumor, and tissue culture imaging)
